To further deepen school-enterprise cooperation and expand employment channels for graduates, on April 24, a six-person delegation from Anhui Agricultural University visited the alumni enterprise — Anhui Byter Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. — as part of a special "Enterprise Visit and Job Expansion" initiative. The delegation also warmly greeted Anhui Agricultural University graduates currently working at the company.
The delegation included Liu Kai, former Party Secretary of the College of Horticulture and the College of Resources and Environment; Jiang Haibo, Head of the General Services Department; Cheng Yufeng, Deputy Party Secretary of the College of Horticulture(acting in charge); Qian Hui, Deputy Director of the Academic Affairs Office and Deputy Director of the Admissions Office; Yuan Lingyun, Vice Dean of the College of Horticulture; and Sun Junmaio, a counselor at the College of Horticulture.

Mr. Cao Jingxiang, Chairman of Anhui Byter Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. and an outstanding alumnus of Anhui Agricultural University, warmly welcomed his alma mater's delegation. He personally accompanied the guests on a tour of the company's office environment and cultural exhibition area, and provided a detailed introduction to the company's development history, business layout, and current operations.
During a subsequent discussion session, Chairman Cao randomly invited 18 representatives from the company's 42 Anhui Agricultural University graduates — including employees working both domestically and overseas — to report to the visiting teachers on their job responsibilities, professional growth, and daily life at the company. The atmosphere was warm and cordial. The alumni expressed heartfelt gratitude to the university for sending representatives to visit and care about their career development after graduation.
At the conclusion of the discussion, Secretary Liu Kai delivered a summary speech on behalf of the university. He noted that Byter Agricultural has done an outstanding job in cultivating young graduates, enabling employees in various positions to apply what they have learned and work independently. Secretary Liu praised Byter Agricultural as a company with great development potential and expressed hope that both sides would further align their respective needs to pursue closer and more in-depth cooperation in areas such as personnel training, internships, and employment. Finally, he sincerely invited all alumni graduates to visit their alma mater often and continue to support its development.
This "Enterprise Visit and Job Expansion" activity not only strengthened the emotional bond between Anhui Agricultural University and its alumni enterprise but also laid a solid foundation for deeper collaboration in industry-education integration and joint talent cultivation.
